Meet our founders, Amy & Kelly

After over 15 years working in-house for a variety of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands, we realised what businesses truly needed from an 'agency.' That's why we founded Axe & Kettle - to be the ultimate support and growth system for companies, thinking holistically about brand, customer, content, and channel - our four pillars of success.

Our mission was clear: we wanted to be an extension of your in-house team, bringing our expertise and experiences to businesses at every stage of their growth, from ambitious startups to industry giants worth £100 million+.

Fast forward a few years, and we've assembled a marketing dream team comprising specialists in all key brand and digital marketing areas. From crafting brand strategies and compelling content strategies, enhancing SEO to mastering CRM, email marketing, and optimising paid search and social advertising - we've tapped into the very best talents from our years working in the industry.

Think of us as the marketing version of Captain Planet & the Planeteers. We do recognise the irony there, but hey, we're ambitious and determined. We genuinely believe marketing has the power to change things for the better. But let's not get carried away...

Passion drives us. Our clients and our team are at the core of Axe & Kettle, and as sisters, we always dreamed of creating something together. Running your own business is a rollercoaster ride - it's exhilarating, terrifying, exhausting, rewarding, unpredictable, but also lot of fun - and we know how to laugh!

So, if you ask us the most crucial element for running a successful business, we'll tell you it's stamina - after all, it's a marathon, not a sprint. And on Fridays, we raise our glasses to celebrate the hard work and successes (big & small).

We hope you stay with us on our Axe & Kettle journey - and if your brand needs some of our passion & expertise to help your business soar don’t hesitate to get in touch.
