NANUSHKA

NANUSHKA

When we started working with Nanushka they were growing fast, but needed support with the DTC part of their business in order to support high growth targets and global expansion.

Client case study - Nanushka

Founded in 2006 by Sandra Sándor, Nanushka is a Budapest-based contemporary men's and womenswear label dedicated to craftsmanship, detail and responsible production.

The challenges.

As the business expanded, the in-house team faced a growing need for digital expertise across all channels. The channels were poorly managed by an agency that lacked understanding of the customer and luxury market, resulting in an ineffective strategy and subpar performance.

The website's conversion rate suffered due to outdated design and inadequate customer journeys, leading to declining performance.

The absence of an e-commerce director within the company hindered the development of a robust strategy, e-commerce results, and effective team processes.

The A&K approach.

Supported in-house team with 12 month plan

We initially supported with the development of a 12 month forecast, budget and KPIs by channel.

New Paid Social & Search strategy

Worked on a new strategy for Paid Social, Paid Search with a focus on maximising brand awareness, acquiring new customers and improving ROAS on Paid channels.

New affiliate strategy

Created and implemented a new strategy for the affiliate program and launched in additional key markets including the APAC region and prominent European countries.

Creative & copy

We worked closely with the Nanushka team to ensure creative and copy for all channels was engaging, created with channel and goals in mind, and developed a test and learn roadmap.
